I have found through your query.
Dystonia and dry mouth are the side effect seen with this agent.
Dystonia is a state of abnormal muscle tone resulting in muscular spasm and abnormal posture.
In case of chlorpromazine, Dystonias frequently involve tongue protrusions, along with dry mouth may result in less speaking.
I would suggest you to inform about this to your consultant.
Dystonia, if it is troublesome, it resolves after discontinuation of agent.
