What Causes Small Ball Sized Bumps On The Penis After Intercourse?

Question: Hi, my boyfriend said that after we have sex and he touches his penis he can feel little small balls like microbeads that come in body wash on his penis from me and also his head burns sometimes... I don't think this is normal but we do have rough sex... help pls?
