Prominence of the vein of anal region is perceived as blister: suggestions.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks a lot for your further follow up.
I beg your pardon for troubling you to send the pictures of the affected area. In dermatology, it is quite important to see the picture and guide you best accordingly. But as for your personal issues, it is fine if you are not able to send the pictures.
In your case as there is no history of any unprotected intercourse, so rules out any possibility of sexually transmitted infection or related thing. In general most commonly there is prominence of the vein of anal region is perceived as blister or related thing.
This is mainly due to pressure applied during evacuation of feces or straining at the time of using toilet during defecation. It causes more prominence of veins at the anal region which is perceived as blister like appearance.
As there is no pain or thing or discomfort so you do not require any active intervention in the same. There are certain suggestions which you can follow:
- Keep your self away from hot and humid climate where you feel more perspiration or sweating.
- Do not strain at the time of defecation and take light food.
- Wear cotton clothes and cotton undergarments.
- Change your undergarment two times a day.
- Do not wear any synthetic or tight garments.
- Do not sit continuously for long hours.
- If at all you feel any pain or irritation then can do warm water compresses by sitting in XXXXXXX warm water for 5 minutes.
Observe the area. If you feel any pain or burning or discomfort or increase in size then can report to a family physician.
I hope the above information will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
"Wish you good health"

Myself and there was a lot of pressure would this do that and
Thanks for your help XXXXXXX
You can very well go for swimming. Do not over exert or apply pressure.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again to the forum and thanks a lot for your prompt follow up.
You can very well go for swimming and there is no issues for the same. Anything which causes pressure sensation may cause mild swelling like appearance or blister like appearance, so if a lot of pressure applied during shower or cleaning then can cause your type of problem.
Anyhow, be careful next time and so do not apply more pressure over the area. Do not over exert or apply pressure and just keep a watch over the area.
I hope the above information will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help or if not then can close the discussion and rate the answer.
