Question : hi.. i have a small size boil on my scrotum surface. It is there since last 10 days. It appearance is pink. It is a bit painful on squeezing. please advise

I suggest a possibility of Pyogenic granuloma

I have gone through the query and I have reviewed the Image. I can see a single, pink, moist looking, smooth bump.

This is a pyogenic granuloma. It tend to bleed because it is composed of large number of capillaries/blood vessels.

Treatment is either complete excision with electrocautery machine under local anesthesia Or Freezing with Liquid Nitrogen spray,
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.
