Brief Answer:
It is a simple benign Staphylococcal infection of mucus gland (Boil)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and photographs that you have uploaded I would state hat it not Herpes Infection at all .

In view of protected sex and its appearance it is not STD .

It is simple Staphylococcal infection of mucus secreting gland located in glans penis .
Normally it gets cured spontaneously and does not require any active intervention .

Take antibiotics like Doxicycline with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily for a week .

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
