What Causes Small Bumps And Discolouration Of The Penis Post Oral Sex?

Question: Hello, about a month and a half ago a girl sucked my penis without condom. i found small red dots on penis 2 days later. i went to the doctors andi got tested for stds and it all came back negative. The dots have gone away but i have a slightly discolored penis then what i used to normally have. I have also noticed small tiny bumps or taste bud looking bumps forming in lines along my pee hole. Its only visible when im a bit hard. When hard they also turn a bit darker color/reddish. They seem like they are expanding.
When i went to the doctors for the bumps, he said he saw the discolors on the head but said everything else looked normal.
Also every once and awhile some parts of the head will get really red. That comes and goes. Im worried that there is something going on that will cause harm to my future wife.

Brief Answer:
Direct inspection is most important test.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

Well XXXX, you should understand the most important test,is an examination.
The doctor who examines the area, has the best idea of probable disease.

The penis is a very vascular organ.
The blood supply is very significant, especially with erections.
So any change in a patch is magnified, during erection.
They will appear more reddish or decreased, from other times.
If the doctor has not suspected a diseased area, you can be free of any tension.

If you're still in doubt, get your STD panel tests done.
The only harm you can do,is to transmit disease.
Send the reports here, for an expert opinion.

Hope your doubts are cleared.
Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
no relatio to circumcision.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

Circumcision has no relation to any penile disease.

I don't think, you need to worry about it.
