Brief answer...

it is a fungal infection
Detailed answer....

Hello,

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms suggest that you are suffering from fungal infection called as candidiasis.
Although males generally get this infection from their sexual partners, it frequently has other sources of infection like poor hygiene, underlying disease like diabetes, too much sugar in your diet, overuse of antibiotics etc.

Although it is not a serious disease but if untreated it can lead to undesirable complications like infections in the urethra, bladder infections and sometimes even infertility issues.

Treatment involves ....
Identifying the underlying cause like diabetes etc
Applying antifungal ointment like CLOTRIMAZOLE locally on your foreskin and head of penis twice a day for 2 weeks along with treatment to your sexual partner.
Observing local hygiene like washing your penis with plain water and not using scented or perfumed soaps.

I hope it helps however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
