Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain pea like small lumps by the jaw line that are progressing back and front of neck and also extending behind the ear can be most probably due to swollen lymph nodes..
It can be seen generally due to Chronic infection..
I would like to know a few more details before I can advise you further..
1.Are the lumps XXXXXXX or fixed to underlying bone?
2. Are the lumps painful or tender on moving?
3.Did you take any medication for the same?
Kindly revert back with answer..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.

Brief Answer:
Seems like Lymphadenopathy, needs further evaluations..
Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..
As per your complain it seems that you have multiple enlarged lymph nodes and the most common reason for it is Chronic infection..
Other cause is Lymphoma that is a malignancy of lymph nodes..
But XXXXXXX and painful lymph nodes are generally seen in infections..
I would suggest you to consult a General Physician or a General Surgeon and get evaluated..
You can be advised investigations like :
-Ultrasound of lymph nodes..
-Biopsy.
-Complete Blood picture etc..
You can get treated accordingly..
You can also revert me back with the reports..
Regards..
