Question: I have a small cluster of bumps on my right buttock. I'm really scared that it could be herpes. Or could it be a rash?I also just got a brazilian wax. Could it be irritation?

After viewing your image carefully the rash does match that of shingles (herpes zoster) and I would recommend a visit to your doctor for initiation of anti-viral medications. But of course, we also need to confirm the diagnosis with the help of a blood investigation.

I would also like to point out that the rash will disappear in about 10-14 days time, and it may reappear again some time when your immunity is low. But you should be on anti-viral medications at the earliest.

A Brazilian wax is usually in the pubic region, if I am not wrong?
