Question : Hello, I have what feels like a 2 open cuts on my vagina right below my labia minor right where it V's. I noticed them the day after i shaved. Ive had this one time before and went to the doctor the day I noticed them and was tested foe herpes and that came back negative. They do not look like any of the herpes pictures I have found online. They look like open sores. I dont remember cuttinf myself though. Ive been using neosporin. First thing in the morning they are much better but as the day progresses and I urinate and wipe they get raw again. Any advice as to what it could be? I also had groin pain but had a sinus infection at the same time and antibiotocs for that. Help!

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

If you have exclude herpes infection and you are on antibiotic treatment than these small cuts on your genitals may be due to yeast infection or form dry skin.
Hence for a fast healing try these advice:
Sitz baths with warm water adding povidone iodine two to three times per day
Use cotton ,loose underwear
Try to use much more fluids especially water to dilute urine
Continue neosporine

Well the only problem is I had only been on the anitibiotic one pill when the cuts appeared. so I dont think its yeast.

While you write that you have used one pill and the cuts appeared then they can be due to dry skin or from any trauma if you have had intercourse .
