What Causes Small Dark Colored Patch On Foreskin Of Penis?

Question: I have a small dark color patch of skin on the forskin of the penis.. Its the size of a small pea. Not itch or hurt barely can tell

It doesnt look like a mole maybe a little like the top of califlower... But again it a tiny patch of skin half a pea size!
Should i be concerned?

Cauliflower like growth is most often a viral wart, approach a dermatologist to get it removed. I would also want you to give the removed skin patch for biopsy analysis

Its in yhe center between my fingure.. Small patch of skin most dark brown!
It almost seems like its for skin but its slighty differernt and slighty darker in color!
It doesnt hurt, its not sensative ive had it for maybe 6-12 months
Please advise

Thanks for getting back with the picture. There is a small area which is slightly more pigmented. It is nothing but hyperpigmentation. It is normal and does not require treatment at the moment. If you are extremely concerned about it then please approach a dermatologist for biopsy of that area.
