Question : I have small flesh colored bump on the underside of my penis head. It's been there for a year with no change. I'm worrying it could be some type of issue.

Do you beleive it is a wart? My general doctor said it looked like some sort of cyst .

Brief Answer: penile lesion Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for the photo - it's still a bit unclear, but there are several possibilities for it - wart is still likely, but other kinds of infections are also possible. If you haven't already had them, a blood test for syphilis (RPR or VDRL), a swab of your urethra for gonorrhea, and a first-voided urine test for chlamydia are all indicated. If there is any discharge or opening in the skin, then a swab and culture of that should also be done for diagnosis. If the bump is painless, and hasn't changed in a year, (and if the above tests are negative) you could have it removed. Again, it is important to use condoms when you have sexual relations.
