What Causes Small Hole Between Penis Shaft And Head?

Question : There is a small hole, on both sides of the issue, between the shaft and head of my husband's penis. There is a small lump under the skin in the same spot. When squeezed there is pain and a hard, oatmeal sized chunk of something came out one side. The piece of whatever it is that came out is foul smelling and off white. He and I are clean and std/ sti free. Any Idea what this may be?

He does not take pills of any kind. Is there a homeopathic way to treat it?

There is no homeopathic that will cover the place of an antibiotic.

I would recommend taking high vitamin C in diet (citrus fruits) and soaking twice daily in salt water to help the area heal. If he starts to have a fever, then I would reconsider taking the antibiotic.
