Hi Sir

Thanks for writing in to us. I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Dermatologist.

I have noted the description on the basis of which I would suggest some immediate measures before you send in more details:

1 Good hygiene is to be maintained in the form of frequent washing and avoiding sweating.

2 application of an antibiotic cream like one having Mupirocin along with some cold cream to moisturize the affected areas

3 Levocetirizine 5 mg a day as an anti allergic for control of itching. A comparable product can be used in place of this.

Please send the information on following points
---Duration of illness
---Whether started simultaneously or otherwise on both sides
---Any other areas involved
---Is the itching all through the day or only at particular times, like evenings
---relationship of itching with any known factor
---Medication used
---Pics of lesions
