Question : I have had a small lesion on the head of my penis for about 2 years and have never had any pain or itching. I am also noticing chafing on the head of my penis. There appears to be another couple of very small pimple like bumps directly under the head within the last two months. Once again they do not itch and are not irritating me but they will not go away and I am gettin worried.

I have gone through your complaints and according to me it can be either molluscum contagiosum or warts. Both are viral infections.
But I would recommend you to upload the photographs of the affected areas so that I have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you in a better way.
