Question : I was sitting at my computer which is on a snack table and my feet were under the wood bar under the snack table. I flexed my left toes and my foot got stuck and the wood bar of the snack table dug into my big toe on my left foot. The toe is now a little sore and there is a little pimple on the left side of the toe. That pimple could have been there before and I never noticed it. Could I have injured my toe??? I can bend it and it is not swollen.

I have gone through your query.
There might have been a mild injury when the toe got stuck. There might have been might abrasion or tissue damage. But as it is not swollen and no restriction of movement, you should not worry as of now.
In such patients, I ask them to take mild painkillers if required and ice compression. I also ask them to look for swelling redness or restriction of movements. If such symptoms happen, one should see a doctor.
