Brief Answer:
Follicular infection, take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have seen the attached pictures.
You seem to have developed lesions of folliculitis over the groin .
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash with lukewarm saline water twice daily and apply a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the affected area twice daily.
Wear cotton undergarments so as to reduce sweating and further infection.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the infection tends to persist or increase.
In case after healing of folliculitis infection ,any lesions tend to persist ,you should see a nearby dermatologist or consult a doctor here on this forum to rule out any viral infection.

Hope it helps
