Question : I have small red bumps on my chest. Anything to be concerned with?
Brief Answer:
Folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
These are looking like folliculitis a bacterial infection.
It is a superficial infection of skin.
I treat such cases with topical antibacterial cream like mupirocine.
This gives excellent response.
You can try this.
There is nothing to worry it's not dangerous.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
