What Causes Small Red Spot On Tip Of Penis?

Question: hi,
i have noticed a small red spot close to the tip of my penis gland. it does not hurt or cause discomfort, it does not grow or shrink. i do not remember having this before. i would like to know what it really is?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and picture.

I would like to know Since when is this spot observed by you ?
Are you married / sexually active ?
Have you tried to pop it as the center looks depressed / umbilicated ?
There looks to be redness in the center of the glans and at the frenulum area.

I think this is just a mildly infected cyst of the skin gland of the glans. This may be self healing.
