What Causes Small Reddish Spots On Penis Glans?

Question: Hi,
Few months back, when I was having intercourse with my wife, the default lubricant on the condom was almost gone and me and my wife could sense that the intercourse was not as smooth as it should be. As we sensed dryness and uncomfortable intercourse, we stopped.
But the next day I noticed that on my penis glans there was two small reddish spots, more like bruises. I understood this was because of the rubbing of dry condom on my penis glans. There was no pain or any other discomfort, so I let it heal by itself.
Oven the time, i have notice that it has not completely disappeared and the spots show up now and then. It does not pain nor does it cause an irritation. But, I am just wondering if there is a way to make it heal/disappear is completely.

Brief Answer:
Can be lichen lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
The lesions you have mentioned seem to be either lichen or contact dermatitis. A photo of the lesions would have been helpful. These will heal if you do not rub them. Avoid condom for sometime till the lesions disappear.
I suggest that you apply hydrocortisone cream 0.1% cream on it two times a day for a few days. Do not use it for more than 7 days in a row.
Even if it is recurs, it does not cause problems. It is harmless.
A consultation with dermatologist will confirm the diagnosis.
Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Need combination of antifungal and steroid
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the photo attached. There seems to be a patch of redness surrounded by white skin. I would suggest a combination of miconazole and steroid like Zole-f ointment. It is to be applied twice daily for 4 - 5 days only on the affected area.
