Should I be concerned about the appearance of three small round bruises on my upper arm? Didn't do anything to cause them that I know of.

I am assuming from the query that you are on no medications.
I think that a bruise that had no prior cause like an injury needs to be tested.
I would suggest a platelet count and pt/inr.
Meanwhile initiate Folate, Vit C and Vit B supplementation.
