Question : Have a question concerning this tiny spot on my penis. It just showed up today sometime and I have never seen it, I know because I constantly am checking myself down there. Not sure what would cause it, I am not experiencing any discomfort, itching, anything like that at all. I did have an amazing marathon sex session last night with my wife, unprotected, where it got very hot and steamy. A lot of sweat and sex. So thought maybe because of that it might be something from that. I am slightly concerned however it could be something else. I did have protected sex with an escort over three months ago, only time and last time I ever do that. Since then I have not experienced any typical symptoms that would send alarms of an STD, but I am always concerned when I see something not normal. Just need a little piece of mind. Please help in any way. thanks in advance.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
There is nothing serious in the pictures sent by you. There is no evidence for any STD or HERPES infection. The red spots are due to mild inflammation due the some irritation. It might be a soap or even a mild yeast infection present in your partner's secretion.
It will not produce any harm effects for you. Just ignore the same. Abstain from sex for at least a week duration. Wash your genitals frequently with saline or salted water. Mostly you may not need any other medication.
Get well soon.
