Question : hi I have this kind of white small balls on my scrotum. this balls is inside my scrotum skin and it's very hard. first I though that it's acne but when I touched it I feels it's very hard and solid balls which contains a white material inside. plz solve it.

Hello,

These are scrotal sebaceous cysts. If these are multiple then a scrotal skin excision is the only option. Cautery will not work and surgical removal is the only way. Please meet a plastic surgeon to discuss this.
