What Causes Small White Head Like Bumps On Penis?

Question: I have some small whitehead like bumps on my my penis shaft. They do not hurt.
I had sex Saturday morning.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts and photograph that you have posted it appears that you have developed allergic reaction of the skin .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you develops these bumps after sex or they were there since a long time ?
2) Was is a unprotected sex or protected sex?
3) Does your female partner have vaginal infection ?

The bumps that you have on shaft of the penis are mostly due to allergic reaction to vaginal secretions of your female partner or to chemicals used in condom as a lubricant.

Take antibiotics like Doxicycline twice daily along with topical steroid cream like Betnovate for local application.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

I developed them yesterday morning about 24 hours after having sex, which was unprotected. She does not have any issues.

I went to Nurse Practioner at a walk in clinic. She said it was fungal. She gave me a shot of Kenalog. She also gave me prescriptions of clotrimazole cream and nystatin powder.
Does that sound accurate?
How long will it take to show improvement?
