Question : since more than six months a small white spots appearing inside my cheeck with no pain
where the number of these spots start increasing
and now also 5 new spots has been appeared on the other side of my cheeck ( inside thr cheeck)

am really worried about my self

please check and let me know?

I have gone through your query and report ( image) you have attached there is nothing to be worried so much as far as I have observed these are fordyces granules on your
Cheek .

Fordyces granules are sebaceous glands seen in some individuals , these fordyces appears as small rice like white or yellow papules , this is normal condition so there is nothing to worry and no as such treatment is required, as your sebaceous glands on buccal mucosa (cheek) are inflamed slightly so i will suggest you that you can apply ointment like Mucopain or Dologel .

- Maintain good oral hygiene , Do XXXXXXX warm saline gargle two - three times a day.
