Brief Answer:
Vaginal infection should be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vaginal discharge with odour and itching can be due to vaginal infection, which can be there in pregnancy.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including a vaginal swab examination to rule out any infection and get appropriate treatment.
Vaginal infection should be promptly treated in pregnancy as it can lead to complications like intrauterine growth restriction in fetus and preterm labour and delivery, if not treated in time.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.
