Question : Dear Doctor. I'm having problem in my penis. My penis is too small and whenever I uplift the foreskin of my penis, some smell is coming and white colour like power type paste is there along with bad smell also coming. I'm unable to consult with doctor.Herewith I attached picture for ur reference. I'm scared about it. Please advice me whether any treatment required or not..

I have gone through your query and Pictures. Your problem is most likely Balanoposthitis. It can be due to fungal and bacterial infection due to accumulation of smegma. No need to worry about it. It is easily manageable.
Using ointments or creams with combination of anti fungal like miconazole , anti bacterial like neomycin and corticosteroid like beclamethasone for local application will be helpful. Wash the area with warm water or warm saline after gentle retraction.
You should also better check your blood sugar levels. Diabetics are more prone to get this.
If there is no improvement consult a general surgeon , you may need oral antibiotics.

I washed that area with warm water, but the whitish paste not removing. and when I touch that area, feel more sensitivity.
