Question: My daughter is 3 years old . Yesterday I noticed she had smelly white discharge . She is in preschool . she has not had this before. I am worried. She does not have any discharge today..I use soap to was her private parts

If it returns, it is most likely fungal in nature. An over the counter anti fungal cream, like miconazole, typically works.
