Brief Answer:
See the Doctor asap.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Veins on the back of leg looking broken, causing pain suddenly, feeling warmer without any trauma is indicative of ruptured varicose veins and there can be a problem in the deep too,
To know the exact diagnosis you need a clinical evaluation, examination and ultrasonography with color doppler study.
This will give the best possible diagnosis to get an appropriate management.
If this has happened very recently you can try putting ice on it in a plastic bag and/or put a pressure crepe bandage.
But the best way is to get an appropriate diagnosis asap to get appropriate treatment and avoid complications.
I hope this answers your query.
Please give feedback.

Take care.
With Regards.
