Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and am sorry for the situation you are going through.
Let me recapitalize your case|:
- 34 years old female
- personal history of persisting fever that comes and goes. Here I want to know for how long you are having fever?
- tried 3 different antibiotics til now with no results.
- current symptoms: sore ears, shallow breathing, wheezing; painful ears
From your description, it seems that might be due to pneumonia. Further tests are needed to carry out in order to determine the right diagnosis:
- chest X-ray
- respiratory function test
Mucolytic medications are advised to start in order to dissolve sputum. Systemic steroids and anti-histaminics are advised to start too. Bronchodilatator medications (e.g. albutarol/salbutamol) are advised to start in order to treat bronchospasm.
Please take another pillow while sleeping to help with breathing. Continue aerosol-therapy regularly.
Please discuss my suggestions with your doctor.
Wish fast recovery!
