Brief Answer:
Could be microemboli or gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you.

The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of post stenting microemboli. The point is the arteries are clogged usually with fat. We put a stent to open the lumen of the arteries. But this may displace the fat in the vessels. This displacement can continue upto 15 to 20 days.

Every time you have a clot breaking it gets stuck at a more distal point causing pain. It is usual for these to resolve in its own.

So relax. However ,in view of recent symptoms, I think it would be good to meet the cardiologist again.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
