Question: Hi. I have a extremely sore spot on labia. I've tried Premarin cream & Nystatin Cram, but it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Hurts all the time.

I don't have any photo of your pain spot on your vagina. But I think that you should go for a per vaginal examination because that spot may be a genital ulcer.
There are so many causes like syphilis, hemophilus ducrei, herpes simplex, Behcet sindrome.

The drugs you used are for vaginal atrophy and yeast infection. If they are not helping, then I think there is no point in continuing it. I would urge you to visit a doctor and get it checked for possible infections.
