Question: I frequently get sore spots little ulcers on the end of my tongue. I know some times it's due to constipation but not the case this time.

Read your query and understand your concern . As you frequently get sore spot like little ulcer on tongue this condition is said as Recurrent Apthous ulcer. There is nothing to worry as this is seen in 60percent of patients . See what happened is Recurrent Apthous ulcer is seen due to some conditions like- Nutritional deficiency (vitamin B12 , zinc, folic acid , Iron) . Constipation , Stress and anxiety related , Hormonal influences , Trauma (sharp cusp) , improper sleep , immunity (family history or immuno disregulation) .

For this I will suggest you to maintain proper oral hygiene , use mouthwash regularly like chlorhexidine .
-Take nutritional supplement like Cobadex or A to Z by consulting with local doctor .
-On ulcer you can apply ointment containing lignocaine and choline salicylate for one week .
-Take Fibbre rich diet .
-Avoid junk food .
-Dont take stress . Take proper sleep of 8hours .
