What Causes Sore Throat And Occasional Body Pain Post Intercourse?

Its been 7 months and 2 weeks since i had an intercourse with an woman whose hiv status i am not aware of.
In the middle of intercourse my condom broke and ejaculated in her vagina.
From then i am worried about getting HIV so i did a Tridot Rapid test at the end of 4th month and the result was non-reactive. After that i am doing an hiv test every 2 weeks and all the results came back non reactive.
I did Four Tridot tests and two ECLIA tests and the latest one was by Enhanced chemiluminescence method. Symptoms wise in the last 2 months i got couple of times sore throat, cold and ocassional body pains and ocassional boils in my armpit, buttoks and thigh. I used to get boils on my body since my childhood.
Its very stressful for me to concentrate on my things regarding this doubt. I want to know if these tests are reliable or any further testing required. Please Let me know.
I am send you reports for the last three months
No need for any further test for HIV. You are absolutely free from it.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Myhealth,
Welcome to HCM. Thanks for posting the query. I have gone through it and understand concerns.
You had protected intercourse with an women of unknown status and the condom broke during the middle then the possibility of getting HIV with such single exposure is already very less likely.
You did four tri-dot and two ECLIA tests and all are negative so it is clear that you are absolutely free from HIV so no need to worry at all regarding this.
As far as your symptoms are concerned they might be due to some common viral or bacterial infection for which consult your physician and follow expert advice and you will get well soon so be relaxed.
All these tests are 100% reliable and conclusive at the end of 3 months so no need for any further test for HIV because you are not at risk of getting it. Be calm, forget the incidence and move ahead. I think I address all your concerns. If still any left you can get back to me and I will be happy to answer.
Thank You
