Question : Yes my 10 year old son is sick. Started with sore throat yesterday and now has spiked a fever of 101 nut is complaining of abdominal pain in the center below belly button and he says is constant...doesn't come and go....that sound like anything else we should have looked into? Thx!

What you describe sounds like a throat infection. These infections, regardless of the cause, can cause abdominal pain. It will also often come with fever, but not always.
There are two types of throat infections. Viral infections will resolve on their own after 7-10 days and are otherwise harmless. Fluids and rest are the usual recommendations.
Bacterial infections, ie: Strep Throat, require antibiotic treatment.
