Brief Answer:
You can just try to ease the symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and I can understand your concern.

From the description of your symptoms it seems that your are having a viral infection.
In this case there is nothing you can do to make it go away before it has run its course.
You can try only to ease the symptoms : gurgle to ease the sore throat , Paracetamol/ Ibuprofen to ease the congestion and headaches.Theoretich your doctor can prescribe you antivirals , but it will just speed the recovery up, it won't " heal" the viral infection.
The infection will run its course.

Hope it helps.
Take care.
