Question : I have sore throat with pain in the throat and below the chin. I have flowing nose and a bit of body temperature as well. Medical store gave me okacet cold nf & eryocin 250 plus. Is this a correct medicine?

Thanks for the query.
As per your clinical history it appears as you are having upper respiratory tract infection due to allergy.

Okacet cold nf & eryocin 250 plus can give you relief but not complete . Better medication available with fast complete relief & once a day dosing .

If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you
1) Combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast for cold & allergy
2) Macrolide Antibiotic azithromycin ,
3) Esomeprazole for burning ,acidity , indigestion
4) Paracetamol & antiseptic mouthwash for throat problem
which are going to be prescribed by your doctor.
