Question : My tongue is sore and has white and dark patches, it doesn't look like thrush?

Thanks for the query and photograph.
Sometimes soreness of tongue happens due to lack of vitamins.
It is called as geographic tongue.
I treat such cases with a steroid oral paste like kenacort oral paste to be applied twice a day for a week and tablet Vitamin B Complex one tablet daily to be taken for a month.
This should give you relief.
