Question : For my birthday it was decided by my friend to take me to a strip club (topless bar). Not something I have great deal of experience in. There was a lot of lap dances and spent quite a long while ''aroused." I'd say 3/4s through the night my left testicle started to be sore. I thought it was 'blue balls.' It was uncomfortable to walk and touch it. When home it was too painful to lie on my side so I masturbation may help. I did not lessen the soreness much.
This morning the soreness is less, but still fairly painful. Touching the back testicle (the left) causes sharp pain. Touching the the left side of my scrotum either results in mild soreness or nothing. I don't believe there to be any swelling or unusual redness. It's a dull ache most of the time unless I move. Walking is unpleasant but not very painful.
I'm a 33 year old male with very little experience in this area.

A review of your symptoms and all the information suggests that this pain is not suggestive of any other concerning condition. Take tylenol and this would help. also, a supportive under wear that would limit the movements of this testicles would also help. I will like you to report the evolution to me in 24hours.
