Question : I went to target practice at a range. Woke up the next morning and my left breast was so sore, warm to the touch and a little hard ? Can shooting cause this?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Shooting definitely cause this as trauma due to recoil can lead to breast trauma even and this redness and hardness and tender to touch should be evaluated ASAP a simple breast ultrasound and breast examination is necessary to rule out any collection or hematoma etc. Once ruled out, all you would need is some breast supporting bra and some painkillers and warm compresses over the tender spot.
