Question : I have a very sore right hip...the pain effects the rest of my leg including my knee, calf and then right down to my toes. The inside of my right groin area is also quite painful. Very difficult to get comfortable to sleep. Have been taking Advil and other pain meds to ease it up a bit

the pain you are describing may be radiating from the lower back through ischiadic nerve affection. This can be further found out through clinical examination, your local gp or orthopedist can do that. Depending on the findings, further diagnostics through x ray is also advisable.
