Question : I have very sore and very stiff legs and feet.it is worse in morning and after rest

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I completely understand your complaints and would like you to understand that your symptoms are indeed indicative of some abnormality which can range from a group of conditions both serious and simple as well.

I shall start by listing all the possible conditions just for your reference:

+Fibromyalgia
+Polymyalgia rheumatica
+General anxiety disorder
+Huntington's disease
+Rhabdomyolysis
+Muscle spasms or sprains
+Nutrient deficiencies (e.g. vitamin B12)
and a few others.

As you may have guessed sir, the list is long and even worrisome. I would thus urge you to visit a doctor. It would be impossible to predict the cause for your presentation at this point of time and so a few investigations along with an elaborate physical examination may be necessary to find the cause sir.
