Brief Answer:
Vulvovaginitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to health care magic.

You seem to have developed inflammation or infection of vulva and vagina which is called vulvovaginitis.

The common causes are fungal infection. But your inflammation seem to have been untreated leading to superimposed infection leading to swelling, discharge and pain with other complications.

You need to visit a doctor and get wet smear examination of discharge done to know which organism is causing such severe infection.

Also get antifungal ointment prescribed local application from your doctor and get antibiotics oral medicines for relief till reports of discharge arrive.
