Question : Taking amoxicillin have sore tongue a bottom gums they have little white spots on them is this caused by the tablets

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are induced by antibiotic.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
I would advise that you can take Folic acid 5mg tablets twice daily along with oral application of Choline Salicylate, to be applied at least half an hour before meals.
A probiotic will have added benefits.
