Question : Back right side of my tongue is very sore as well as my throut on that side came on suddenly

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

It might be pharyngitis or tonsillitis which is the inflammation of the throat due to a viral or bacterial infection.The back of your throat and your tonsils may look red and swollen.
Sometimes this can be the first sign of cold.
For now you can do salt water gargling twice a day.It reduces swelling and relieve discomfort.
If is doesn't improve in some days are it get worse with fever ,then your should consult a physician and get examined.
Otherwise you don't need to worry.
