Hello,
I have studied your case and images and I think that you may be having skin fungal infection or dermatitis. Before I advised you any further I would like to know little detail of the illness.
1.Since when you are having this lesion?
2.Do you feeling burning pain or itching also?
3.Have you had such lesion in past also? Do you wear tight undergarments or jeans most of the times?
Please send me answers of these questions.I will try my best to help you.
Thanks

somtimes i wear tight but it is not STD ?
Brief Answer:
It is not STD
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am sure it is not STD. Most probably it is fungal infection. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Avoid tight undergarment, apply lot of powder, so that sweating can not create moisture there, as fungal infection increases with moisture.
2.Tablet Fluconazole 150 mg once in a week for four week.
3.Clotrimazole local application.
4.Avoid using soap in that area.
I hope these steps will take care of this. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
