What Causes Soreness On Left Front Side Of Neck?

Question: Yes i am a female 66 years old and i woke up yesterday and the left front side of my neck is sore. i thought i was getting a sore throat but it is not that. My right side is fine and does no hurt when i swallow. thank you

You seem to be having upper respiratory tract infection, may be tonsillitis.
Start warm saline gargle. You can also use Listerine gargle.
Add a broad spectrum antibiotic like Azithromycin 500 mg per day with Advil.
