Question: 2.5 days I have sore skin chills then after 600mg ibuprophen I get sweats and some relief for 4 hours then it starts over

It contains Mefenamic acid and is more potent than ibuprofen and may be tried. The gap between doses should be 8 hours. But since it is a prescription drug, you might need to get it prescribed by your doctor. In any case, visiting a doctor and remaining under his follow up is always better since he can assess you clinically and can intervene accordingly.
