Question : The left side of my neck is really sore to the touch right below my Jaw like right where you would check for a pulse what does that mean

Hi,

Lymph nodes around the head and neck region often get sore when fighting an infection. This is certainly what you must have at this time. This will gradually regress as the infection is already controlled. I will suggest that you take tylenol only for a maximum of 48hours and all would be fine.
