Brief Answer:
Yes, go to the doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think it wold be a good idea to go to a doctor.
In view of the history, the symptoms could have many implications.
This could be a simple muscle weakness that is known to occur with steroids.
This may be simply cervical spondylosis.
And considering your age and history of malignancy (despite surgery) brain metastases is also to be ruled out.
Therefore it would be better to meet a neurologist there and get a detailed examination whereafter suitable tests can be planned.
It is obvious that the treatment will vary.
So best meet a doctor there.
Best of luck,
Feel free to ask a follow up query related to the subject.
I will try to help you as far as possible.
